Reiki Classes
Reiki First Degree class (Reiki I) introduces students to the foundational principles and practices of Usui Reiki energy healing. In this beginner-level course, students learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, how life force energy flows through the body, and how Reiki can support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Participants receive Reiki attunements that opens their energy channels and allows them to begin channeling Reiki energy. Students are taught traditional Reiki hand positions for self-healing and for offering Reiki to others.
